Carriers & tracking

We ship via major parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). The carrier for your order appears on the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the package ships (allow up to 24 hours for carrier activation).

Delivery issues

For lost freight or long carrier delays, Email hoangphoenix450634@gmail.com within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and tracking. For damage, keep packaging and send photos.

You are responsible for a complete shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to correct an address before shipment.

Packaging & special cases

Products are secured for transit to limit shifting and damage inside the carton.

Who pays return postage
